Within the framework of our Virtual Office service, you can use the Web site www.virtual-office.hu to access the graphical user interface of your PBX, where you can set up how your telephone numbers and extensions operate on an administrator or end user level.

What are the advantages of the UnicoTel Virtual Office service?

Make use of full PBX functionality without also physically purchasing the PBX.
Set up extensions, departments, as well as IVRs for a given telephone number on the administrator level.
Unlimited upgrading of the number of system extensions.
Also set up direct access to and grouping of extensions. Access to groups can be implemented using a call distributor. A central number, fax number, and voice mailbox can be set up for groups.
Access to extensions can even be set up based on the date, time of day, and calling party.
Personal profiles, voicemails and fax boxes can be freely activated and deactivated.
Calls arriving at the extension are displayed on the Web site by date and number.
