A simple to implement solution for the foreign customers of our partners

The so-called CallBack service can be provided by our partners to their customers residing in foreign countries so that they have access to the domestic network of our partner. The end user initiates a so-called signal call from the foreign telephone device to the Hungarian callback telephone number. The essence of the service is that the signal call is not answered, and therefore no telecommunication charges are invoked on the foreign device. Following the signal call, the UnicoTel system calls back the telephone number of the device initiating the call, or a previously specified telephone number. Once the call is established, the end user (if it's a prepaid account, following an announcement of the current balance) has the opportunity to initiate domestic or international calls (up to the maximum balance). It is important that during this service, all telecommunication costs arise on the side of the partner using the service, while the device used on the international side only receives a call.

What are the advantages of the UnicoTel CallBack service?

Our partners may offer cost efficient telecommunication services to their foreign customers, thereby increasing their customer numbers, own traffic, revenues, etc.

The callback service may be set up simply using a built-in client program on the UnicoTel switch, access only requires the Internet.
