VOIP/CPS Accounting
The full scope VOIP and CPS account service offered by UnicoTel to its telecommunication carrier partnersUnicoTel Kft. offers a full scope VOIP as well as CPS accounting service to its carrier partners which, when used, requires no proprietary devices (e.g. telephone switch, VOIP servers) on the side of our partners for the service to be provided. The service may be provided on their own behalf, but using the telecommunication network of UnicoTel. UnicoTel also provides a simple graphical management interface as needed, using which subscriber data can be modified and set up by our customers. The information required for invoicing may be queried from the UnicoTel database at any time and for any period in time, and it is also possible to directly upload data to an external invoicing system. While you are concentrating on sales and keeping in touch with your customers, UnicoTel ensures the quality of service and provides for all technical tasks instead of you in the background.
What are the advantages of the UnicoTel VOIP/CPS Accounting service?
- Our partners can provide the services using their own telephone number (VOIP), and can sell and invoice the service on their own behalf.
- When the VOIP Accounting service is used, end user devices register on the UnicoTel VOIP servers, and this is where identification is performed. Following this, the users identified can make calls in any direction (domestic, international, VOIP). Calls arriving to the telephone numbers of VOIP customers from the telecommunication network are received by UnicoTel using its SS7 interconnect network, and forwarded to the VOIP customers.
- The CPS Accounting service makes it possible for our partners to manage the CPS traffic and also to perform invoicing. UnicoTel gathers the CPS traffic from the telecommunication network, and terminates the call at the given number following identification and management.
- The VOIP and CPS Accounting services may be offered as both prepaid and postpaid services.
