A unique solution for managing VOIP calls

The CallShop service is an application available on a Web site which can be used by our partners to manage the VOIP telephones installed in their own "business unit". Telephones may be activated and deactivated, and the charges corresponding to calls initiated are calculated immediately in line with the tariffs uploaded.

What are the advantages of the UnicoTel CallShop service?

The service can be used to prevent undesired telephone calls: that is, unauthorized persons cannot initiate calls using the CallShop application.
Termination fees to be used by the operator may be uploaded and modified within the system as needed.
Operator costs are also reported, and therefore profits may be easily calculated or summarized.
Several user levels may be defined in the system. For example a CallShop operator who can only activate and deactivate telephones, and only sees the end user fees. So-called CallShop administrator (business unit manager) levels can also be set up, where daily, weekly, or monthly call lists may also be downloaded, together with costs and revenues. Sales prices may also be uploaded on this level.
An unlimited number of devices or locations may be registered in the CallShop application.

Using the service, customers may be provided with telecommunication services anywhere. Guests can initiate international calls easily and at a low price, and the use of the service only requires broadband Internet access and VOIP tools.
