Receive and check your voicemail messages by e-mail.

All calls will reach their destination using the UnicoTel Voicemail to E-mail service, and you can easily check your voicemail messages. As part of the service, UnicoTel makes a voicemail account available to you with a custom voicemail message that you provide. Messages arriving at the voicemail account are forwarded by our company to an e-mail address - or addresses - specified by you in .mp3 or .wav format. The voicemail account can be accessed simply using a telephone number, and calls may be directly directed to the telephone number specified by UnicoTel or in the form of calls transferred from your own number.

What are the advantages of the UnicoTel Voicemail to E-mail service?

No voicemail management card needs to be purchased for the PBX, voice messages can be accessed simply using e-mail.
Messages can be easily archived and forwarded to others as needed, giving a big help to administration.
There are no unanswered or lost calls.
Since the voicemail account also manages various settings pertaining to the time of the day or holidays, it is also possible to play different voice messages outside of working hours.
Even a department within the company may use the service as needed, where all telephones of the extension are routed to this number, in which case voice messages can be sent to a common e-mail address.
