Use the UnicoTel MyAccount solution to find all information related to your calls and subscription in one place.

MyAccount (www.myaccount.hu), the information Web site of UnicoTel provides you with up to date information regarding data related to your subscription and telephone calls.
The UnicoTel MyAccount service can be used to easily and quickly check:

your subscription data (e.g.: company name, contact person, telephone number, tax ID number, etc.).
your detailed call list (online), in which calls appear together with prices immediately once they are concluded
your current account balance
payments received by the carrier
subscriber numbers for which the service has been ordered

The MyAccount service can be used to instantly make it possible to review and monitor your telephone behavior, as call related information is provided in retrospect for as far back as several months, broken down by a complete month or even a single day. MyAccount provides a summary of call lengths and costs for the given period in time, while at the same time you can also immediately check the length, direction and cost of the call once it is completed.
MyAccount also provides complete information on the subscriber numbers, since the page containing registered subscriber numbers also displays the time when calls were last initiated from specific numbers. This way you can also check whether for example your numbers to be registered for CPS had been actually set up, since if the date of use is displayed next to the number, registration was successful.
Our information Web site is automatically and continuously updated from the central database of UnicoTel. As a result, if you announce a change in data, this is immediately displayed on the site and can be verified. Payments from our customers are registered and can be queried similarly.
